PRE - PREVIEW SXSW starts early

as enthusiastic filmmakers and pr persons tap out onslaughts of e-mails, to attempt to get the local media (i.e. the accent) to pre-preview their film's, i will watch and elaborate on the beauties, shortcomings, and successes of films that these folks are so kind to send out early.
